Return Eligibility

- Condition:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase like order nr , email confirmation must be provided to complete your return.
Return Process

Initiate Return:
Contact our customer service team at office@devilswheels.ie to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. -
Return Authorization:
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back. - Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -
Processing:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
